MCP Softwash and Painting has cleaned and cared for homes across Hampton Roads since 1990. We started as a family owned exterior cleaning company with a simple idea, treat every property like it’s our own, and more than thirty years later that’s still how we run. What began as a soft washing service has grown into a full service exterior and painting company, but the standard hasn’t changed.

What we do, and how

We’re best known for soft washing, the low pressure method that safely removes algae, mildew, and grime from siding and roofs without the damage that careless high pressure can cause. Over the years our customers asked us to do more, so we expanded. Today we handle pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, concrete and paver work, deck and fence care, garage floor coatings, and interior and exterior painting. That means one trusted local team can take care of your home inside and out, instead of juggling four different contractors.
